OTAKU gives their take on Persona merchandise as they pitch in to celebrate the series’ 30th anniversary

The licensing team at SEGA must be crunching hard this year as they’ve announced yet another collaboration to give fans of the Persona a chance to celebrate the series’ 30th Anniversary. This time it’s with geeky apparel/goods brand OTAKU. A brand I’ve never heard of prior to this date, but a quick glance at their site shows they have managed to secure licenses for some very popular franchises such as Berserk, Blue Lock, Jujutsu Kaisen, Gachiakuta, One Piece and Dragon Ball.

The Persona 30th Anniversary Collection will consist of a mix of apparel and home goods. It’s also nice to know Persona 1 and 2 managed to get featured as some previous collabs tend to focus on the games after 3. Here are some of the highlights of this collection.

Revelations: Persona T-Shirt
Featuring a pierced collar with one earring and an embroidered St. Hermelin High School logo

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment Hoodie
Features a zipper pull in the shape of a lighter and an embroidered Persona 2: Eternal Punishment logo

Keystrap / Keychain bundles
Short wrist lanyard with woven patch showcasing the protagonist’s eyes with carabiner clasp/clip, and two keychains

OTAKU LED Acrylic Lamps
Three piece lamp includes a laser engraved acrylic panel, LED base, and a remote to activate the 16 colors, four color modes, and diming or brighting ability

Persona 3 ReLoad Blue Track Jacket
Features a zipper pull in the shape of a gun and an embroidered Persona 3 ReLoad Logo on the front and a reflect butterfly print on the back

Persona 4 Golden Lightbox
Lightbox with protagonist eye artwork

But if you want to check out the full breadth of this collaboration, a link to the collection can be found here.

Pre-orders have kicked off today and apparel items are expected to ship sometime in February 2027…just in time for Persona 4 Revival!

Are you gonna grab anything from this collection? I’m a sucker for luggage tag style keychains and at 15 dollars a pop…I might have to indulge myself here!
